Replaced our old 15ft trampoline with this new one. Was worried about the size difference it it is actually perfect for our kiddos!
Took some time to assemble with both myself and husband doing together/ about 2.5 hours start to finish including putting up the net. Some of the poles were hard to put together but just took some extra force from husband and it finally snapped into place. And be sure to read how to install the springs correctly because we skipped that part and getting the last few springs attached was a challenge LOL.
Had a way better than expected experience assembling this trampoline. All the parts were there, and the instructions were very easy to understand. My husband and I put it together in two hours. It looks really nice, and sturdy. Purchased for the grandkids, so will update after some use.
This picture is what the trampoline looks like every day if the wind blows more than 15 miles an hour (which is 3 times a week where we live). The T connectors that hold the net up have absolutely useless threading that offers no resistance. If the wind can easily do this, imagine what would happen if one of our young children actually needed the net to keep them from falling off the trampoline. Massive safety hard.
We contacted customer service and even provided a video of the T connectors simply falling right out. We were eventually sent new ones which were not faulty, but not giving 5 stars for something that was unusable upon purchasing because of safety.
I waited a year to write this review and this trampoline has been aming and we are so grateful weve had it through the pandemic. Its been indoors because we cant have it outside but its never had an issue and its had a lot of people on it . Highly recommend.
