This picture is what the trampoline looks like every day if the wind blows more than 15 miles an hour (which is 3 times a week where we live). The T connectors that hold the net up have absolutely useless threading that offers no resistance. If the wind can easily do this, imagine what would happen if one of our young children actually needed the net to keep them from falling off the trampoline. Massive safety hard.
We contacted customer service and even provided a video of the T connectors simply falling right out. We were eventually sent new ones which were not faulty, but not giving 5 stars for something that was unusable upon purchasing because of safety.
