    Assembly Made Easy

Box arrived damaged but product was unscathed. Perfect size for a younger child. Spring puller was provided with product which made assembly much easier.

Easy to put together for the most part!

Having never put together a trampoline before and I just had me and my 9 year old to help I was able to do it all myself. The most difficult part was putting the netting rods in the Ts on the poles, you really have to muscle it to get them all in. For the springs I had a mallet to finish putting them in because while you can use the tool to put the springs in the frame sometimes they didnt go in all the way so a quit tap from a rubber mallet finished it up. For the lace on the bottom of the net be sure to lace through every spring holder on the trampoline mat itself otherwise you will not have enough string to go around. While 2 people would make this easier and faster if you just have one person to put it together it can be done. It took me altogether about 3/4 hours. Im happy with it and the kids are too.

    Excellent customer service

was absolutely aming to work with. We had issues with the net they originally sent, so we reached out and we got a response asap. They sent us a new net, overnight shipping, with extra instructions to make it easier on us. We got it up in time for our sons birthday and they followed up with us to make sure everything was okay with the new net. We would definitely recommend purchasing from , they have been nothing but wonderful to work with and the quality is aming.

    Toddler loves it!

Anyone getting a trampoline for a toddler, this is the best one weve seen and recommend to anyone who is looking. Perfect for about 4/5 toddlers, net is great to keep them and their toys in! We love it!

Great size for kids 11 and under

Took one hour to assemble by myself Built inside my house so kids dont get sweaty and could jump on it during the winter Sun these days is pretty strong, even fading car paint vs in the past, so dont put in on the manufacture if the pads start wearing quicker outdoors.

The trampoline looks great but with one issue

The trampoline looks sturdy and decent quality. The main issue is the safety net, the instructions suck, and in the installation video, there is NO part where to install the net. Also when we found a way that seems to work, the tightness of the net near the zipper ripped a bit. So now we need to figure out a way to repair that rip to avoid making it bigger.

    Sturdy and fun 10 trampoline

Purchased as Christmas gift around October and it got lost in shipment. I was worried about the supply chain etc but the company/or was able to get a new one sent out fast. Arrived with plenty of time. Living in Midwest we were lucky to be able to actually assemble on Christmas Day. It took my husband about 2 hours. He is very handy and didnt find it challenging. We anchor it down bc of our cry tornado winds but still had some damage. The company was easy to contact and they replaced the parts we needed fixed. My kids use this everyday! I think ours is only 10 and our 56 yr old daughters and their friends all pile into it. If they do tricks or actually bounce I would say only 2/3 at a time. They are little and make it work. We followed the steps to get the water hose attachment and its fun for the summer. It sprays in and out bc of how its hung, havent figured out how to direct all of it into the trampoline. Pros: easy to move for mowing and holds a lot of little kids. Survived midwest winter and spring winds and still looks pretty new. No sun fade yet but hasnt been a whole year. Netting has held up well despite all the rough play. Sturdy zipper. Company easy to work with. Cons: the foam pads on the exterior metals poles tear easily. Think super thin pool noodle. Kids walk around the edge, prob shouldnt but they are kids and this tore the foam. We like the aesthetic look of the foam so we have made it work. The clips that hold the netting into the poles up top are more fragile than we thought they would be. It would be nice if an extra set was sent with the purchase since its not a piece you can get at hardware store or purchase separately. The company replaced these for us after a tornado came though (missed us!) but caused damage. Overall I would recommend and would purchase again. Prob will get a size up next time bc our girls will be bigger and our 15 son will be more active outside.
