Purchased as Christmas gift around October and it got lost in shipment. I was worried about the supply chain etc but the company/or was able to get a new one sent out fast. Arrived with plenty of time. Living in Midwest we were lucky to be able to actually assemble on Christmas Day. It took my husband about 2 hours. He is very handy and didnt find it challenging. We anchor it down bc of our cry tornado winds but still had some damage. The company was easy to contact and they replaced the parts we needed fixed. My kids use this everyday! I think ours is only 10 and our 56 yr old daughters and their friends all pile into it. If they do tricks or actually bounce I would say only 2/3 at a time. They are little and make it work. We followed the steps to get the water hose attachment and its fun for the summer. It sprays in and out bc of how its hung, havent figured out how to direct all of it into the trampoline.
Pros: easy to move for mowing and holds a lot of little kids. Survived midwest winter and spring winds and still looks pretty new. No sun fade yet but hasnt been a whole year. Netting has held up well despite all the rough play. Sturdy zipper. Company easy to work with.
Cons: the foam pads on the exterior metals poles tear easily. Think super thin pool noodle. Kids walk around the edge, prob shouldnt but they are kids and this tore the foam. We like the aesthetic look of the foam so we have made it work.
The clips that hold the netting into the poles up top are more fragile than we thought they would be. It would be nice if an extra set was sent with the purchase since its not a piece you can get at hardware store or purchase separately. The company replaced these for us after a tornado came though (missed us!) but caused damage.
Overall I would recommend and would purchase again. Prob will get a size up next time bc our girls will be bigger and our 15 son will be more active outside.
