We found the hardware! It was pre/screwed into the headboard and the foot board. We had called the customer support and got the replacement hardware we didnt need. Sorry. We will send it back to you. We have this bad in our vocation home where we go once a month, so we were not able to check the pre/assembled hardware earlier. The bed looks very nice! Thank you.
Other than it weighing a great deal (we believe 150 to 175) this was the best thing we could have purchased for a bed frame. Its hella sleek, high quality and the hardest part about assembling it was simply taking it out of the box. Works well with a sleep number bed and is about 900 cheaper than buying the sleep number bed frame and box spring. The slats really help with the position of the air hoses and protecting them from anything that could hurt them or make them move from their position. All in all, best buy, it seems like it will last quite a while and it very sturdy.
So far so good! Weve had this set up for a few weeks. My husband put it together by himself. Its definitely heavy and will probably take two people to get it into the room where you are going to be setting it up. It hasnt made any noise and no shifting has happened so far. Will update if it does. I wish the headboard was slightly taller but I knew how tall it was when I ordered it so I cant fault the manufacturer for that / its just a lower profile look. We use it with a nectar mattress and it works great.

After extensive search for queen size platform beds I decided on the Upholstered Button Bed. The great modern look sold me. The grey color of the upholstered button headboard, footboard and side rails makes the bed stand out. It arrived via FedEx about a week in a big box that weighed over 115 lbs. Its carfullly wrapped in multiple layers of cardboard and plastic. The bed has a smart design with all the components zippered behind the headboard. Its a easy install with no additional tools required. A easy illustrated instruction along with Allen wrench and screws provided. The bed is constructed from majority metal and wood. The metal frame is hidden base bottom and the wood frame is upholstered all around. It has a strong construction very sturdy. I decided on a 8 gel memory foam mattress giving maximum exposure to the headboard. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend the Upholstered Button Bed.

Ive called 4 or 5 times over the last 2 weeks or so, to see how this can be resolved. Not only has no one ever answered the phone(I called during their listed operating hours, of course), but they also didnt return my call at the number I left in the voicemail.
The thing is, I didnt want to replace the whole bed, as I need it. And also to their credit, except for the giant whole that mine was shipped with, the bed has been absolutely fine...good even.
I would say if you get a good version of this bed, its very worth the money. However, if theres something wrong, and you need support, you can expect to feel like youve wasted your money.

You are seriously getting way more than you paid for with this platform. Product took a couple weeks to arrive but it was well worth the wait.
Forklift required

A perfectly fine bed, but support is lacking
