I have mixed feelings about how to review this product. I received this bed in a box that was in a pretty bad condition, and when I opened it, there was a huge hole in the footboard part. Ive called 4 or 5 times over the last 2 weeks or so, to see how this can be resolved. Not only has no one ever answered the phone(I called during their listed operating hours, of course), but they also didnt return my call at the number I left in the voicemail.
The thing is, I didnt want to replace the whole bed, as I need it. And also to their credit, except for the giant whole that mine was shipped with, the bed has been absolutely fine...good even.
I would say if you get a good version of this bed, its very worth the money. However, if theres something wrong, and you need support, you can expect to feel like youve wasted your money.
