When I bought it I was very happy with both look wise and fitted on small space but after 5-6 months it became very uncomfortable to seat due to very poor couch quality and get hurted if seat with slight high force
Bought this for a small living room, it is super cute. The problem is that there is virtually no cushioning and feels like sitting on a wood plank. I was hoping the fold down feature would be good for more room to cuddle and watch a movie with my partner. Unfortunately the WHOLE COUCH TIPS BACKWARDS if you lay on the fold down part. You need to lay on the hard seam to not tip over. The middle of the couch is a hard piece of wood, I lay a folded comforter on it just to lay on it. Had guests over and my parents chose to sit on the uncushioned dining room chairs rather than this couch. Please spend the extra hundred bucks on something comfortable!
I bought the yellow futon about a year ago and after assembling it, it was very stiff. Lying to myself, I thought it just needed to be broken in, whatever that means. No, one year later I am shopping for a different couch because this one is just not meant for neither comfort nor everyday use. Theres not much lounging to be done on this. I am a college student so it made sense for me to just get a cheap couch for the time being, not expecting to be sitting on a cloud either. But I do my homework on this couch and its so hard it makes my butt start going numb while, after hours of work and a progressively slouching posture, there is no cushioning to relax against. My posture has probably gotten so much worse due to this. I have to put a pillow under my lower back to fill the stiff gap between the couch and me so I don't end up the hunchback of notre dome.
I hate leaving negative reviews so I will say this, it looks nice, everyone who has seen it has said they love it but everyone who has sat on it has been uncomfortable.
Don't be like me and convince yourself that it'll be fine because I swear you'll end up looking for a new one sooner than you should.
Love how it looks in my living room. It fits so well. AR preview of the product is very accurate compared to the actual fitting of the product in my designed place. Super easy to install and follow the directions.
Arrived without any hardware to put together. Called customer support and they are closed for 2 weeks due to the holiday. Went to home depot, unable to get all the parts so attempted to fill out the online request through customer support. I have supplied all the information needed and keep getting an error. I will call customer support tomorrow when they return and change my review based on outcome from tomorrow.
Took me an hour and a half to assemble as Im not handy what so ever. I was pleasantly surprised for the quality of the product considering the couch only cost $300. I prefer firmer couches so comfort of this couch perfect for me. Additionally, it looks fabulous with the mid century style I was going for. The couch doesnt necessarily seat cushions like most couches so I find this couch super comfortable to lay on as there is no lumps or bumps. Very happy with this purchase.
I was so excited for this couch and, unfortunately, it let me down in every way. I ordered the light gray option which was pictured with dark legs. Instead, I received a pure white couch with honey legs - although the boxes were marked light gray. The assembly was especially difficult because the tool they provide does not allow access to some of the knooks you need to screw into. The quality was questionable- the back of the main seater and the chaise did not line up, as pictured. The comfort was also minimal - maybe this would be suitable for a kids playroom but nowhere you plan on sitting for awhile.
The pictures are great, the actual couch not so much.
The futon wasn't difficult to assemble. The directions were excellent but one of the nuts was defective and a few of the drilled holes were splintered. The futon looks good, however, it is not comfortable. It is rigid and has very little cushioning.
It's not a small piece of furniture. I'm 5'3 and I can stretch out on it. But I don't nap on it. It's just not soft enough.

Wrong color, wrong finish, not worth it.

Color is not pale gray
Color is an off white with a green tint. Has a chemical smell. Pretty wood legs though.
