I actually had to have a carpenter friend come assemble it for me because there is no way I could easily do it myself as the video shows. After three hours of messing with it, he finally got it all assembled. He also had to reinforce the middle of the sofa with extra screws and wood pieces as any guest that we might have whom would be on the heavier side, would collapse in it if it was left as is.
In Love with this couch, but worried Ill be heartbroken. I want it to last forever! First of all - it was beyond cheap, less than $300 and Im blown away how nice it really is. I mean its pleather - fake leather, what do I expect? Cant have Louboutins on a Payless budget.
My Mom and I are equally not handy and we were able to assemble it under an hour. The directions were straight forward.
I live in a 350 sq ft Tiny House and it fits perfect!
Love the way this couch fits/looks in my office. However, my dad came to stay for a few days and the couch nearly fell on top of him because he laid too far to one side! I prop up the back with a stool now so that he wont flip it over on himself, but the couch doesnt have any support on the back when it flips down, so just be careful!! Otherwise, easy to put together and pretty as can be!
Bought this for my office which was a bedroom. Folds in half for shipping so it can fit in almost any space and easy to move around. The entrance to my office/room was soooo narrow I had to purchase a more friendly sofa option. This works great. Not for everyday use of people sitting or sleeping on because the foam is thinner. But occasional use for guests or just relaxing periodically after teleworking is great for me. I have a desk, coffee table and sofa in the same room and its great.
Fast delivery, relatively simple assembly, great for small spaces. Not as comfortable as a real couch, but still comfortable enough to sit on for long periods of time or to sleep on.
You definitely need two people to assemble, it seats pretty well. Not comfortable enough to sleep on for more than one night . But comfortable enough. Looks great ! Once you figure out to properly lock into place in the upright position its very functional.
Unfortunately after less than 2 years of use the filling has completely separated from the couch springs, leaving me to sit on a bare spring coil or throw it away
Im currently in the process of getting rid of this thing. I bought as a place to sleep on temporarily when I should have just gotten a comfy mattress and set it on the floor. Dont buy this for your house guests to sleep on. Maybe kids would find it comfortable but it is absolutely not appropriate to sleep on long term. As a sofa its alright. Just not plush or cushy at all. It is just plain not comfortable but if you understand that upfront you wont be disappointed. It looks good but thats it. The center legs are plastic and attach kind of flimsy but they held up. I dont recommend unless this is going in a place where it will be barely used and mostly for looks.
The parts! The legs required 2 different legs. I got 3 E parts and 1 D part. The front legs are not the same, look at the pictures. The nails did not fit the holes for both middle legs

Couch filling separates from coils

Aesthetic but not comfortable
