My kids love it! I even got my 16 year old to get out of his room, which is a plus! Its waterproof, so water will not damage the trampoline. It came out bigger than what I expected, but its perfect since my nieces and nephews come over all the time to play in it as well. Great product!
You most definitely need at least 2 people to build this. You cannot build this by yourself! It will take a couple hours, be patient.
We have a small yard and looked at a LOT of trampolines. We wanted a good net, curved bars, easy in/out zipper, and an attached ladder. The had all the required safety features and looked like it fit well in our yard. My husband and three kids assembled the trampoline in a few hours without any issues. Its unobtrusive (all black). The ladder is easy for even the two year old to scale! Its provided hours of gross motor activity every day since we got it! The company shipped fast, love that it was all in ONE box, and they were very responsive when I had a question about the safety net. We are VERY pleased with our purchase!
I had originally gave this a 1 star. We had incorrect parts and my grandkids were unable to use the trampoline.
Customer service was so quick to respond. Even on the weekend! They sent out replacement parts and treated us right. They put the customer first.

After a long research online for trampolines I decided to get this one because of the good reviews. We were all excited to put it together and when we got to the part to secured the safety net with the rope thats when the nightmare began. First the video and the manual doesnt show you the proper information on how to do it but we figure it out. When we were getting to the end of the other side, the net was so tense that I couldnt finish to secure the net all the way to the zipper. I tried 4 times and theres no question the safety net is to small.
Update: the seller contacted me about the safety net and promptly sent a new one, but after tried so many times the safety net didnt work. When it comes to the trampoline Im disappointed. But they do have excellent customer service, they always replied back to me in a short amount of time and willing to help. Unfortunately the problem with the trampolin was completely out of our control. They send my money back with no hesitation.
