This is a really fun trampoline. We have this assembled in our living room. One thing to keep in mind with this trampoline is that it takes up a lot of space. It does say Indoor or Outdoor Trampoline though so we may end up putting it out on the patio. The trampoline was pretty easy to assemble. I felt it was backwards assembling it but after a few minutes it all starts to make sense. My 2 year old absolutely loves to play and jump inside the trampoline and the trampoline is actually very safe! I was surprised because my kiddo is very rough and this thing has held up well and has protected her from getting hurt. This trampoline is a definite 5 stars all the way!
Great indoor fun for our 2 year old toddler who is very energetic. Trampoline was pretty easy to assemble, even with toddler trying to help. We did not put up the mesh sides. Love how the green spring cover is attached so that it doesnt slip off and expose the springs. Child loves jumping on this and because it is low to the ground, we arent worried that she will fall off and get hurt.
For smaller children I definitely recommend the safety enclosure. But we have used rebounders without enclosures since ages 5 or 6 with no problems, but any younger than that I would use the enclosure. Or, if you have wild kids that would be tempted to launch themselves over the sofa, better be safe than sorry and install the enclosure LOL. Please note, however, that children might need help getting in and out.
Based on our experience with rebounders, we didnt need much help with assembly, found it to be quick and straightforward. However the instructions were fairly sparse.
Unlike many rebounders, this requires assembly of the springs, which is not exactly fun. You should assemble the springs the same way you put on tire lug nuts / in a star pattern, like drawing a star. Also assembly requires pliers, socket wrench, or crescent wrench (not included).
Rebounders are usually 36/40 inches, 45 inches for the large ones. So this is quite a big bigger than a personal rebounder, 55 inches, its built for 2 children, or one adult. Its round so it takes up more space than you think. And its also taller than it looks, 13 inches off the ground, so it doesnt slide under the bed or flush against a wall like a rebounder does.
If using indoors make sure to put a carpet square or something underneath it. If using on a hard floor like tile or wood, then I recommend putting something thick or rubber/like under the legs to avoid scratches, dents in the floor, or cracked tiles.
Overall lots of fun. There have been studies on brain development, and daily bouncing, swinging, spinning, etc, aid in emotional health, gross motor skills, and even things like empathy.
Trampoline with Safety Enclosure /Indoor or Outdoor Trampoline for Kids/Mini Trampoline
Many years ago, we put together a regular size outdoor trampoline. It was really hard stretching those springs; we put on work gloves used a screwdriver to stretch attach them. The two guys handled this, it was too hard for me. That memory came flooding back when we worked on attaching the springs to this mini trampoline. I had to have the guys in the family handle it too. You can buy a trampoline spring tool if you want; the one provided is hard to hold on to, but it can be done.
This mini trampoline can be used inside, but it will take some room. A play area, garage or rec room would be ideal. It can be used with or without the enclosure.
If you put it outside, you will want to use it on a level space.also, you might want to fasten the legs down so it wont blow away in a wind storm. I suggest taking it down in the winterwell, we get winter where I live, you know snow, ice, etc. The weather will eventually deteriorate the mat making it unsafe.
The load limit is 250 lbs. The kids are enjoying it. I only allow one on at a time. Its best if they jump barefoot or with socks, no shoes. Clear off toys, or debris make sure theres nothing under it.no pets, branches, rocks, toys, etc.
I always supervise when the kids use the trampoline.
Way back in the day, before people were getting sued for everything, our school had a trampoline program. We learned several jumps, flips, etc. And of course how to safely use a trampoline.
SAFETY: I know this is a mini, but an important safety feature was.only one person on at a time, or two or more who knew how to jump so as not to hurt the other. You can actually hurt someones back if you jump at the wrong time.
The other important rule was to have spotters around the trampoline; if someone started to fall off, the spotter could push them back on to avoid a fall. The enclosure on this one will help with that.
Insurance: I havent checked yet, but you might need to add some sort of insurance if you have a trampoline. Im not sure if a mini trampoline needs insurance or not.
We chose to put the trampoline outdoors. It is five ft across and a little over 6 ft tall. The directions recommend a 20/ft clearing. The assembly says it will take about 90 minutes and that is true. My husband was working hard on pulling the springs onto the trampoline. Our neighbor who is an active army reserve came over to check out the trampoline. He helped my husband complete all the springs and said I got my workout in today You may need an extra hand getting the springs on.
I am happy to say that it is used frequently. My toddler loves it and jumps on it all the time. It is fairly easy to roll to a different location. The enclosure took a while to get on and put together. It does work well and has prevented my toddler from falling every time he is in the trampoline. Once it is put together, the fun continues and it is not left to collect dust.
Its awesome that its enclosed. Thats a great safety feature. You can use this indoors or outdoors as its not very large, I love that option. It was an easy install, took my husband and I 1.5 hours. This is a good trampoline for 1/2 kids at a time as its small. Many safety features on this trampoline, I say go for it if you want one!
I ordered this for my goats, instead of for any small kids.
The trampoline is very nice, and its a lot bigger than I had expected. I dont really know if this is well suited for indoors due to its size, but it seems just as good in quality as the full/sized trampoline that we used to have for our kids. It should last just as long outside as a real trampoline.
The parts are coated in a thin oil, probably to prevent corrosion, and it will get all over your hands when you assemble it. Keep that in mind so you dont get it on your furniture.
Assembly was just like a full/size trampoline, but smaller. You have to assemble the frame, then stretch the fabric to attach the springs. The last few can be pretty hard to pull, but if you brace your feet against the frame and pull, they go in pretty easily.
We didnt assemble the top guard, since there wouldnt be any human kids jumping on it, but it looked sturdy enough. I dont know if it would be able to keep someone inside, unless they were very small, because it could still tip over due to its size.
The trampoline is very springy, more so than the small exercise ones. Im sure it would be very fun for a smaller child.
Our goats love it, and there is almost always one laying on it. On the first day, they seemed really interested in the green spring guard, but they lost interest before they did any damage to it.
Trampoline would he perfect if the net support bars were stronger. Unfortunately when they bend and break they cost 40 to replace. Thats not a good deal.

Needs to be more sturdy.
