This shelf is very high quality, looks great, was easy to assemble, and the company has phenomenal customer service. The shelves are sturdy and heavy which I find hard to find in most affordable furniture. My shelf has one flaw, a chip/dent on the top but the company handled it extremely well with a fast response with multiple choices to ensure I was satisfied. You can absolutely be assured that if your order is damaged in any way, you will be taken care of. I will recommend this company to people and will visit their online shop whenever I need more furniture!
My one complaint is the packaging. Although things were packaged well, the styrofoam was a downfall for me. I would love to see a more sustainable way of packaging. On the flip side, this piece of furniture is high quality and will likely outlive many of its competitors and is sustainable in that way.
I ordered this server and was given the option (additional $10) to have it delivered, by , inside my entryway! I knew the item was heavy so I chose this option. Two extremely pleasant delivery men carried the box up my steps and into my house! The item was packaged extremely well, and ALL of the parts were included. Clear instructions but it did take 2.5 hours to assemble. I had accumulated points from my Chase Visa so I was able to purchase this server for $256 instead of $410. Well worth the money ! And a big thanks to s special delivery men!
Set up instructions were fairly easy to follow. The only reason Im not giving this 5 stars is because it has a very strong chemical smell. Its been over a week and still has the smell. But it is very cute and seems sturdy enough.

I had an issue with one of the cabinet doors and I contacted the seller and provided my order details and photos of the defect. They responded quickly and resolved my issue promptly. They even followed up to make sure that I was satisfied. It was so refreshing to find a company that really cares about their customer and truly stands behind their products. The cabinet was not too hard or time consuming to put together ( did easily by myself) and it looks great in my guest room. I would definitely buy another piece of furniture in the future.

The wood on white look is top notch and helps you hide a bunch of clutter. Sturdy enough to support a bar shelf and bottles on top of it.
