Hard to put together. After many curses and arguing with my husband during install, it came out nice. I use mine for my Doctor who collection. Even though it was hard to put together I would buy it again. It is very heavy when it arrives. Takes two people to bring in house. We carted it up stairs. long box. Be very careful when opening box. Its was packaged fine. Nothing was broken. Only problem was instructions and install.
Purchased the curio to display my wood carvings and keep sakes. Easy assembly and very tough. While putting the cabinet together I lost my grip on the one of the side glass panels. The panel landed hard on my cement garage floor without a scratch. Just knew it was going to shatter when it hit. Picked it up and finished. Plan to buy another cabinet in the near future.
shorter than expected, shelves are not quite the same usable area as expected. but it works. I cant get any tape to stick to the base and top however, which i need for it to be properly sealed. Ill be trying super glue and weather stripping for dust proofing
I ordered two of these to display my collectibles. The first two didnt even make it to my apartment as they were broken in transit. I chalked it up to FedEx but once I received my first replacement I noticed the packaging was pretty terrible for an all glass curio. Assembly is pretty simple, however the included instructions are horrible guidelines.
The first one we put together had a scratch on it across the front. By this time I was done with sending these back, waiting, and Id already had it mostly put together as the door is the final step. I contacted and they offered to either replace the entire thing or discount 10% I took the discount which really was only $14. I imagine its significantly more to replace this door with the manufacturer. The scratch isnt HUGELY noticeable but Im anal about keeping my furniture and items as pristine as possible, especially when I buy something specifically for display purposes.
With all that said, the final product is gorgeous and is great for anyone wanting to show off their collectibles or mementos. Bear in mind when considering your purchase how easy or hard it will be for you to move almost and all glass item weighing about 80 lbs to your next home, because I for sure do not look forward to that.
Update: Second curio was fine, but I still stand by the terrible packaging and vague instructions.
Somewhat of a challenge to put together, mainly b/c of complicated instructions. Actually pretty easy once we figured it out. Looks great and good quality glass!
Cute. Simple to assemble. They are not tightly fitted so you will be dusting a lot. They also did not come with anything to cover the screws so it has an incomplete look.

Nice product, but some of the pieces were slightly damaged, making it hard to put together.
I would buy it again
This was perfect. Sturdy and looks great. With the proper tools and a second set of hands my husband and I had this together in 30 minutes.
