Parts of the bed frame were bent I had to use a hammer to fix them. Most customers would have returned the item. I am a little more pro active. After a some work it all fit and looks great.
Took a risk ordering from for a bed.....because you cant see it, feel it etc..... But it arrived quickly, it was less than half the price of other similar bed frames at a local store. Opened it up, followed the EASY instructions. Took about 20 min for me. Its solid, Im a big guy, and my wife loves how it looks (so do I). Im surprisingly impressed, I dont understand the negative reviews.
I am horrible at putting furniture together, but this one was not bad. It took about an hour and that was mostly because i was trying to tighten screws as much as possible.
Its taller than I thought and my bed seems a bit big for it, but overall I like the height and you can definitely store stuff underneath, which i also wanted!
The color is darker, but still goes with everything. Overall it feels sturdy and looks great. So far I am very happy with the purchase

A loose nail punctured my finger when I tried to get a bed part. It was my fault for not looking, but there shouldnt be any nails in first place. Other than that I didnt have any problems. Great bed frame for a good price. The fact that you dont need a box spring is another huge plus.
The bed itself looks nice. The back of the headboard was damaged during shipping. For the price, Id say its a pretty good deal. Very easy to assemble. Took me less than a half hour.

Look into replacing the slats... They are made of very cheap wood. Other than that, its a good product.
Delivered damage.
The bed was delivered damaged. pictures have been included. The damage was found close to the zipper portion.
The back was ripped when I opened it.
After waiting almost a week to get it. There were two holes on the back of the headboard.
