I am horrible at putting furniture together, but this one was not bad. It took about an hour and that was mostly because i was trying to tighten screws as much as possible.
Its taller than I thought and my bed seems a bit big for it, but overall I like the height and you can definitely store stuff underneath, which i also wanted!
The color is darker, but still goes with everything. Overall it feels sturdy and looks great. So far I am very happy with the purchase
