Update July 10th. I finally found the direct email address on the instructions and within 3 days I had the part that was missing. SO.wonderful customer service, beautiful chairs that fit the décor. They are comfortable and well worth the price. Review changed from 2 star to 5 star. Thanks!!
Nice chairs, but Im missing one of the end cap piece of the handle that screws onto the hydraulic levers. I would give this a 5 star except the missing piece.
After waiting for so long for these bar chairs, now i got them one came with a part missing as shown in the picture. Now theres a sharp edge exposed, i still need that part.
Easy to assemble, comfy and sturdy but I have a problem with dents and marks on the chairs and some white chalky stuff was on them so I was disappointed with that. Id like some money back since they have this issue

Delicate base and falling when we get off
simple to assemble and good looking. Delicate base which got delivered with a bend. Got to be mindful getting down, they fall easy.

Simple to assemble. Light weight sturdy chairs. I weigh 200lbs and have had no issues with stability.
