they provide you with zippers on the pillows so you can wash the cases, however, getting the inside out of the pillow cases is pretty close to impossible. had they made the zipper on two sides, that sure would have been helpful. the inside casing is flimsy and once you get it out, you wont get it back in. so that is why i gave it two stars.
The pillows and seat covers came wrinkled so you have to iron those on a low setting to look presentable, the chairs are cheap plastic wicker reinforced with aluminum but for the price you cant really go wrong. They look really good though exactly what I needed since Im not sure if im staying at this apartment long term. 4/5 just because the materials are a little cheap.
I like that the product came with these two red decorative pillows. The product took about 4 days to arrive, there were a total of 3 boxes, delivered at different times. It was relatively easy to put together, and is perfect for my porch! Pictured is the product. Some of the cushions were slightly different shade of beige, but not too noticeable.

Feedback: I wouldnt put it as a con if FedEx didnt send me an update that I had received the shipment the day after I reached out to the owner. Im not sure who is at fault, but theres clearly a breakdown in communication somewhere. I did spam you a bit, and finally received an update from FedEx, and then received the package. UPDATE: I reached out to the seller since it was still covered under the manufacturer warranty. They responded ready to repair whatever needed repair. Since the entire unit was falling apart, they offered a full replacement at no cost to me. Their customer service makes up for whatever may be lacking in the product.
Old Review: We bought this set last May and have hardly used it after setting it up. It has been outdoors for nine months through one summer and a Southern California winter. Its falling apart. The wicker, contrary to the item description, is not durable. Dont waste your money on this product.

Comfortable outdoor sofa but did have to add leg extenders for height.
