Disappointed with the deliver as they damaged the item where the end of the shelf was bent. Also has a few scratches refer to photo. Took hours to assemble it is very tedious but easy to understand recommend two people and it was very heavy too. However after finishing Item looks very nice in my living room definitely. Love the color options of the fire, led lights and the crystals.
Just received it yesterday and put it together, alone; Im a 53 young adult. It took a more than 2 hours to assemble bc Im always scatter/brained, but following the directions and images was easy. It looks great. Lights are more blue than purple and dont change. Also, keep your tools and pieces organized, and have help carrying it in or pay for it to be carried inside and assembled, its very heavy! Will try to update if anything changes

I have assembled a lot of furniture over the years. I have never bought anything as thoughtfully and carefully planned as this one. All parts were present and clearly labeled. Everything was very high quality for example, holes where parts had to be screwed in were lined with brass or plastic, not simply drilled. I am a 70 year old woman and assembled this myself with little assistance (my husband helped me line up the top to the rest of the assembly). The piece is very sturdy, looks great, and works well. (I should mention that I was going to buy this on another site, but saved nearly 100 buying it on . It was ordered on a Sunday night and delivered on Tuesday! Cant beat that)
This product was as described. Its heavy! You will need a partner to get it inside depending on your location. Nice and sturdy but dont push too hard. Color does not change and be sure to shift your crystals inside the fireplace before putting the glass back on. Overall nice but so far.
This fireplace certainly looks cool, adds ambiance and has a bunch of lighting options which changes the look. The flames look like lights projected through a rolling drum with cut outs. A cool effect but in a quiet room sometimes you can hear a faint rolling sound. The rocks change colors with the shelf lights. The glass looks nice but gets dirty easy if you have kids. The heat comes from a forced air vent above the glass, and it heats up quickly. I havent tested it through winter yet but it should work for the small TV room its in. I did not put this together but my nephew acted like it was awkward but not difficult.
So glad I had it assembled , it is a beautiful sturdy piece. I absolutely love it! You can change the color of the flames and cabinet lights. You can run it with the heater on or off once it is assembled it is very heavy. Glad I purchased!
