Took a while to assemble. Instructions were a little confusion as short bolts were referred to as long bolts, while longer bolts were referred to as short bolts. One of the chair seats was warped so we had to get a replacement from the manufacturer. They were very apologetic and shipped the replacement seat, which took a week to arrive.
This dining set is beautiful, solid, and great value for the cost. Has a very high end appearance, and fits our small space dining area perfectly. When it was delivered, the box was damaged and had the appearance of being handled very roughly, but the dining set was packaged so well, and smothered in styrofoam, that there was no damage whatsoever to the set. No regrets at our house!
The dining table set is very nice. I put only 3 stars because one of the chair backrest upholstery staples were pop off. Sent an e-mail no response yet.
This is a big delivery .... so if you can get it delivered right to your garage or inside your house then only order it. From there you open it right there and take all pieces inside - Or build on your own and take it inside. The table top is one big heavy wooden piece. I am 62 - 230 pounds strong person and could take it inside. Well this piece of furniture is study after you put it together. I would advice you use some power tools to ease your work. But a simple screw driver with proper head would do the job. I also ordered the round carpet under it from and the area looks impressive cause of this table. Chairs and table are nice and tall and very comfortable for me and my tall son. Gives an impression of a bar chair. I would advice if you are looking for a small size dinning table set then this is the one ....
We are very happy with this purchase. The table looks better in person. We use it as our kitchen table and it is holding up well. Shipping was delayed by one day but company called with an exact delivery time.
I love this!!!! I thought it wouldve been cheap looking but it look like bobs furniture!! IT is very sturdy and strong!! Also it was very easy to assemble there was not any confusion. It was high quality material and the seats are short for my kids and I just love the way it look as though I paid 1000 dollars.
