Easier to assemble with an electric screwdriver. Despite lots of packing, I still had a dent on the tabletop. Probably due to this table being improperly routed through shipping (read this as, is not always good at logistics). Once last-mile deliverer received the package, it got to me quickly.
I requested expert assemble, but because it was late, that got cancelled. So I can say that this table, despite its size and weight, was easy to put together. Looks nice in the space and quite confident that it is sturdy. It is worth the money and the wife is happy.
This is absolutely a hidden treasure. Great quality and craftsmanship. Just note that the pictures of the ebony variation are very inaccurate, they look like burnt tires color, when in reality is a deep rich dark chocolate color which is very hard to take pictures of. Even my modern phone has trouble matching the color (makes it look lighter than it actually is). Anyway, his doing a great job giving exceptional customer service and offering great products at a great price. I couldnt be happier.
LOVE THIS TABLE! It only took me one day to get it together, and it fits perfectly. Only problem I had was one seat frame was cracked. The REST of the chair is fine! Am hoping they can send me a new frame only. The rest of the chair is beautiful, but am concerned that someone could get hurt if it breaks.
Needed a pub table/chair set for a corner in our sunroom. Looked forever to make right choice and bingo this set nailed it! Table is correct height (42 in) and sturdy with a beautiful top! Chairs have a great upholstery padded seat. I was so leery of buying this type of furniture without seeing it in person but this was definitely a winner!
I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the table and chairs. I assembled it myself without my husbands help in less than 2 hours. Its beautiful, sturdy and above all, great value. Its only the first day but I am really happy with it.
First and foremost the table is nice . Delivery took about a week. Small scratch on the surface of the table which I didnt even think it was worth a picture . Delivery process is out of the control of , but total responsibility of the mail carrier . It is a very heavy box which is good because the table has some weight into it , Feels very sturdy and can sit 5-6 people . Id say its worth the price , I dont know how long it will last , but I do hope at least a year and Id say I get my moneys worth . Last thing would be to be patient while putting the legs together as youre going to put 16 legs together and 5 cushions . Instructions are clear and simple to understand took me about an Hour and 30 minutes. quick tip - if you have an uneven chair remove the cushion and attempt to sit it flush and tighten back again. I thought they gave me uneven legs on one of them but it was my mistake when building I did not make sure it was leveled and sitting flush .Other than that for an affordable table designed furniture its great 10/10!! I hope my review helps others and if you were to purchase one and have scratched or missing parts remember its out of the control of as this set ships out from . Everything already comes included in the box . Travel might create a few tears in the box which can end up dumping some parts it all depends on the way its handled as it travels .
This kitchen set looked ok after being assembled. I feel like the wood was on the cheap side. When assembling the chairs, when screwing in the part where u sit on, i was hearing the wood crack as i was turning the screw driver. One of the chairs didnt quite go together evenly. I guess u get what u pay for. This set is not ideal for everyday usage. Its only good for like a dining room where no one really sits at. I am worried that the sturdiness of the chairs wont hold up after time. I would of sent this back to but it is a very heavy package and I wouldnt be able to lift it. I dont recommend anyone buying this.
Looks great, very solid and sturdy. Took a while to assemble but not too bad. I suggest inserting bolts but keeping loose until all are inserted so its easier to adjust angles and get bolts threaded.
