After 2 months, couch finally arrived. Color was spot on. Couch is two inches shorter than advertised. We got the leather sofa, which is mostly leather. Backs of cushions and about 8 inches of top of seat cushion is cloth. Couch is wide and comfortable but unsure of how long seat cushion is going to hold its form. Our guess is not very. There is a seam on top of the seat cushions which is not evident in photos unless you know to look for it. When measuring the ability to get couch through your front door, add several inches for box. Delivery does not include removing box or taking trash away. If Pilot is your delivery crew, inspect, inspect, inspect. Our box was beat all to hell and there is a hole in the cloth on the bottom side of the couch. For the price, it is about what we expected. Overall a good pandemic purchase. Would we have bought it if we saw it in a store? It’s about 60/40.
Very nicely made , wonderful, soft and velvety fabric, smooth swivel and overall very comfortable . Its one of those products that is true to its items description which is a little rare especially when it comes to furniture items . This is the first time I have bought a furniture item I did not first see in person and i do not regret
While I absolutely LOVE the comfort of the chair, it isn’t quite what I thought I was purchasing. Looking at the specs online, I believed the dimensions to be correct. The actual dimensions were about 6 inches off. It looks to me that the dimensions listed are that of the box used for shipping.
I guess I should have read the reviews on the pepper color before purchasing. The only reason I went with this ottoman over others was for the color. In all the ad pictures, Pepper is black. In real life, pepper is a dark slate grey color with a blue hue to it. Its still really pretty but not exactly what I was going for.
Also, I didnt think the top would be totally separate from the base. I appreciate that since you can remove the cover and wash if necessary but its already shifting around with my kids laying on it.
Very comfortable and lightweight and I gave it two good coats of fabric protector so we will see how it holds up with three kids and four dogs. Overall happy with it for the value just a bit disappointed in the color.

Got the white/pearl for our Florida place and loved it so much we got the taupe for New Hampshire.
Skipped the massive ottoman in New Hampshire because although it is comfortable it really is too big.

Amazingly comfortable cushy chair that swivels! Love love love this chair. The gold color looks great. I’ve had it for a year now and it looks like I just received it. It has a modern vibe to it - just beautiful! Very well made for the long haul. This was a good purchase for the value!
