Im usually pretty good at assembling furniture but this console table threw me for a loop. Step 1 is to screw the drawer gliders onto the frame. Save that for last! When I finally got to the last step I realized the gliders were on backwards. I had to unscrew and correct it. It only gets worse from step 1. Twice I had to un-screw my work because I realized I had it wrong. I had a difficult time making heads or tails of the instructions. At the end of it all I was able to put it together, except I have extra screws and not sure where those would go. I look it over twice and cant figure it out, are these extras? Then there is the smell. Im not sure what chemicals were used to make this console table, but its awful. Sure the console table is a good price, but was it worth all the frustration?
The covers for the exposed assembly screws are made of round vinyl stickers. A painted wooden button cover would look much better, as there are only 8 holes to cover. The vinyl stickers, over the screw holes, makes the table look cheap. The table should also have vinyl feet for the legs, to prevent splintering. I guess I will purchase the buttons and the feet on my own. Other than that, a good small sturdy table.

Not sure Id like it at home. I need something I can abuse and this isnt sturdy enough for 4x4 parts and clumsy mishaps.
This piece is pretty sturdy. The drawer slides in and out nicely. The surface scratches easily. The real grind is the terrible assembly instructions. They are vague and made even worse by the tiny drawings with terrible detail. It is doable, but youll be second guessing yourself through the entire process. BTW in step 1...note that E and F are the metal slides...not some sort of screw or fastener.
The table is really cute. My husband put it together for me. The instructions could be alot better. Its really cute and sturdy enough for what I wanted. Its not gonna last forever or anything but I love it.

My wife needed so sort of console table to place her purses, wallet, etc when she steps into our bedroom. Something where she can just grab what she needs on the way out the door. This table did the job perfectly. The finish is somewhat glossy and looks great. My only issue was that it needed a bit of adjusting while building it to make sure it didnt wobble. Besides that, this was a great purchase!
It is exactly what I have been looking for. I am happy that it also matches its description. I bought this to use as a TV stand. The pull out drawer makes accessible storage and there are additional shelves for storage or displaying items.
