We got these stools to use with our new counter top knee wall height bar. Its where the kitchen counter top just continues at that height across to sit opposite the knee wall. It doesnt hang over much, so we needed stools that wouldnt stick out much and that werent regular bar height stools. These fit the bill perfectly with their slim rectangular shape and 24 inch height. They dont stick out from the bar at all when theyre not in use. They are heavier than expected, which I loved because they feel solid when you sit on them no matter how much you weigh. They came in a small box and we had to assemble them, which was easy enough and didnt take too long. Once we assembled them, I put stick back felt on the bottom of the legs to allow them to slide easier and so that they wouldnt scar up my wood floors. We are beyond happy with these little basic stools and cant say enough good things about them. We are actually considering ordering another set for the space. If youre like us and need something slim, sturdy, and lower height, give these a try. Youll love them.
These stools are fantastic. If you are considering cushioned stools you may want to have another look at these. I have a very long island in my kitchen and these set at one end. More often than not we will sit at the island to have dinner and they are more than comfortable.
I moved into a new place and the kitchen had a breakfast bar. It was a nice area where people could sit while having drinks or eating some breakfast. And these were the perfect fit for that.
The pair are super affordable and extremely well built. The assembly is super easy, it just takes some extra elbow grease to get the screws nice and tight. They even have a metal cover on the footrest so peoples feet wont wear or strip the wood down.
All-in-all, cant go wrong if you need some additional and affordable counter-side/bar seating.

They seem to have been holding together pretty well except on one of them the support between the legs is being held there by a dowel that isnt super sturdy and keeps coming out, causing a gap so I have to keep pushing the legs together.
Other than that, the other one is holding up fine and I really like the metal step on the support so when I have company over they dont damage the wood by propping their feet up.
The quality of the four stools I ordered were all in great shape when they arrived, they were easy to put together and are holding up against my kids using them.
Although I had to put them together, it was pretty simple. The are good solid chairs. The price in comparison to same or worse quality chairs is terrific! I am very pleased with these chairs.
These stools are well designed, easy to assemble and super sturdy! I love the metal foot plate on the front support. It really makes a difference in the longevity of stools like these! They are simple, minimal and modern and go with any decor. Theyre not the most comfortable stools in the world, but you know that going in. I would recommend that you measure carefully for what you need as these might be a few inches taller than a typical counter height stools. I love that they came with sliders! That was a really nice/thoughtful touch. I can definitely recommend!
