we received the chairs within expected timeline suggested on while ordering. They were easy to put together and look very beautiful. However, within 2 weeks one of the chair started squeaking really bad upon sitting. I have checked all the screws for tightness and have now contacted the company for additional support. Seems like a quality control issue to me.
I bought these chairs based on all the positive reviews thinking it is good quality. Chair has very little support and is not comfortable at all. If you are a tallish person, it also seems to be a bit too low for the average dining room table as well. I will be returning.
I ordered a set of 2 chairs they had a split in the velvet on the front corners and scratches on the sides. I asked for an exchange and while they no didnt have any scratches 1 of the chairs still had a split in the velvet. These chairs look nice but beware as many have manufacturing defects and the seller doesnt ship it with proper packaging so its easy for the fabric to scratch on its sides.

I like the chair and it was delivered on time, but there is a slight mar on the left and right arm rests, as though something heavy was pressed on them. It is not torn, but slightly disfigured, although it is small on both sides.
I just received my set. They are easy to assemble and beautiful. For this price I am really satisfied.
I am just worried about cleaning coz I ordered cream color.

Comfortable but very bad quality
The chairs look nice and they are very comfy, but The quality Is really bad, the legs are not even even. We had to dismantle and return them.
