Although the way this chair was packed left something to be desired, everything arrived in great condition. Assembly took less than 10 minutes. The chair is very comfortable and really good quality for the price. I am using it as a computer chair and it offers pretty good back support even at 6'. The gas shock for height adjustment works great. Very pleased with this purchase.
It has nice design and color.

But the delivery was unsatisfactory.
It was hard to track where the item is, took long time to get it, filthy wrappings when I finally got the parcel.
If they improve the delivery system, itd be one of the best desk chairs.

Also, being a mid-back, its not very good for sitting in an office 5 days a week. We use this for occasional use in our home office. Would not recommend for a work-from home position as it doesnt offer very much back support.

looks great but causes back pain
after 2 days I experienced back pain that lasted for over a week. avoid if sitting in this for ANY extended period of time.
Nice chair with some delivery problem

Cute but not a long term sitting chair
It looks very cute but the seat portion is so small. It wasnt comfortable to sit in for more than 15 minutes.
