Okay, my son came and assembled the chair (no tools needed) in about 30 or less minutes.
It is perfect. I love the color, the heat and massage is great, and the ease of use is a real 5 star. For the money this is a real buy. The ivory compliments my navy blue couches.....perfectly.

It works great and I am loving it! It does come in 2 boxes and they do not come on the same day. I did contact the seller and he was very friendly and quick to replay.

I love this chair. Its everything I hope it would be. I was diagnosed with gout and its very painful and uncomfortable. I saw this recliner chair and at first I was sceptical as it looks more like a piece from a sofa set. But it is Sooo very comfortable!
This is easily one of the most comfortable chairs Ive ever sat in. The padding is very soft and it easily reclines into an almost completely lying down position.
The chair can recline to exactly the position you want it too,the pockets are very convenient for putting the TV controller or your phone in.Overall, this is an incredibly comfortable chair with all the bells and whistles, at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this chair to anyone who wants a comfortable place to watch movies or play video games in, or even have a nap, I found myself falling asleep in this chair a few times!
I bought this for my 88-yo father-in-law. He says its a little too short, but otherwise he seems to like it. Honestly, I think hes happier with it than he lets on.

So comfortable and doesn’t feel like faux leather, but more like fabric. Nice massage, heat, easy to operate and color is pleasant too.
