Looks just like in the picture. The couch is firm but not at all uncomfortable. Its larger than I expected but comes packaged small enough that it fit through the small, very unfortunately angled doorway to my staircase. I recieved a wrong piece in the packaging for the legs but the customer service was very prompt and I got a shipping notification for the correct piece at no charge by the next morning even though I had contacted them after their listed hours of operation that night. Supwr happy with my purchase.
Honestly I dont have any bad things to say about this couch. Its not the most comfortable couch, it wouldnt be great to sleep on but to sit and read a book, my cats seem to think it is comfortable enough. Lets all be honest we bought this couch for style and on that front in delivers. It is so cute and Ive gotten tons of compliments. It looks like a 500/700 dollar couch with a less than 300 price tag. The couch is also really easy to put together, I did have a small panic attack when I didnt see the arm peices, but soon found them zipped up in the back. I was overall insanely pleased and would love to buy more furniture.
Overall pleased with the futon / it is comfortable and we are using it as a crash pad for overnight guests. My only gripe is that the arms were awful to put on / the holes on ours didnt align properly and so the arms arent on very securely. Hope nobody leans too hard on them. Otherwise it looks nice and serves its purpose.
