All day to assemble the wrong poles as the counter sink wasnt correct. You had to reverse it. This took us over 5 hours as didnt line up. But love bed and both kids tend to sleep on top together with no issues. Kids 9 and 11 Kids love it easy to put together.
The bottom is sturdy with a box spring + mattress. We actually managed to fit a full size mattress at the bottom and its used by adults. Now, the top is wiggly and the rail to keep children from falling is not tall enough. We lined up the edges with giant stuffed animals. With just the twin mattress, theres only about an inch of rail left. All parts were accounted for. Easy assembly.
My kids room is pretty junky lol bht I wanted to show the photo. They are cleaning NOW and honestly it took maybe 30 mins to assemble I am so blessed and thankful. Thank you ! Love it!
It was a fun project for my 10 yr/old to put together with me. I am especially impressed with room between the two bunks! I can sit in there without hunching (though I am only 53). The corner posts are one long post, I wanted a bed that we could make two later, however since it is one post I think that it is sturdier. The lower score for sturdiness is that I can not safely climb up on the top bunk.because the whole bed starts to tipbut I dont think grown/ups were the ideal candidate to be climbing up and down. The bottom appears to have enough room for many storage bins, but I havent got there personally yet to do that, but my girls love playing under it for now. LOL. Overall it is a great bed and it seems like it is going to hold up for a while! And I also love the color!!! Just as seen in the picture!!!

This was super easy to assemble. Pieces were easy to identify. I do wish the ladder had 2 extra bolts. Very durable.
