So this took about 3 hours to do alone. But i took my time. Unboxing was 30 minutes. Crazy amount of stuff but alao extra parts which is great.
I am gonna tell you a secret...dont put the plastic pieces over holes until you have the rods in place on both sides. You can slide the rods in the back side to align with the front side, lock in place, and when all are done you can put the plastic locking piece into each slot....there are a lot of the slat rods. Super supportive. Honestly that is the only tip otherthan using a torque ratchet with correct tip instead of the provided tool.
Also you can tiea ribbon or something creative to the trundle to make it easier to pull out. I just tuck one end under top mattress.
Using my trundle to store diapers and wipe for grandbaby. When we have company we can put an inflatable mattress on it instead.
All parts were there and love that extra of all the screws, nuts, and plastic pieces were provided.
i wilk update if ever an issue occurs.
Update: within 3 months of minimal use the knob on the post broke. And the bed squeaks so loud you can hear someone in bed move, from across the house and downstairs.
We bought this bed because we figured it would be sturdy and inexpensive. It is both. You are not getting a high-quality bed with this item, but it should last as long as its not misused. There are plastic pieces, as seen in the photo; they hold each bar where it needs to be. This is not weight-bearing, but they do break easily. It took my dad about 2 hours or so to assemble this, mind you, hes been working in the furniture business for years and knows how to assemble Furniture. I assume it would take someone else quite a bit longer. The welding and metal work on this are not ideal, but they meet our very basic needs.

Great bed.
Good looking bed. Easy to assemble, it took us about 2 hours. Sturdy build, works great in a small room.
Cute bed!
A bang for your buck for sure, the instructions are a little confusing but the quality is overall very good and sturdy.
Kids only or small adults/teens
Very nice for the price. Probably wouldnt let an adult sit or sleep on it though. Kids only.
