I purchased this mattress and received it on the 5th. We allowed it to rise for 4 days. It only reached a max of 10 1/2.
None the less my husband and I attempted to sleep on it last night. Ouch!! We both weigh under 180lbs and I swear I could barely get out of bed the next morning. Extremely uncomfortable.
However, my experience teaching out to was amazing. Customer Service was more than helpful.
Im not happy at all with this purchase. I bought it 3 years ago, and its sagging on my side and my boyfriends side, however the middle is still nice and firm. But thats because nobody sleeps in the middle. Unfortunately we will have to be looking for a new mattress yet again, and I cant find the manufacturers website anywhere so I guess we are out of luck on this one. Dont buy unless youre ok with buying a new mattress in 2 or 3 years. I only gave it two stars because it was comfortable for a little while, but got progressively worse with time. Also it never fully reached 12 inches in height, and we followed the instructions exactly how it said.
We purchased this mattress because of the great reviews and for the price, however, after sleeping on it for a few months my husband and I have had increased stiffness in our backs. We both are average weight and have found that it doesnt provide much support over time. Unfortunately, we will be purchasing a different mattress in our future.
This is most certainly NOT a California King. Probably a King. It leaves huge gaps all the way around my bed. Which makes me very uncomfortable as we have lots of big spiders and scorpions here in Florida. So big hideout gaps all around the mattress and frame dangerous, bad. It is only comfortable if you sleep near the center. I laid this mattress out on the box spring (perfectly flat surface) for about 24hrs before ever using it. But the corners and edges in general never expanded as deep as the center. So if youre laying near the edges you constantly feel like your going to roll out of the bed. If I can figure out the last brand that I had, or even a different brand to try than this, Im going to give this one away as a regular King on craigslist. I would avoid this mattress at all cost. However if you choose to try this. I would get the Cali King for a King size frame. Dont do it if you have the Cali King size frame. Definitely a waste of money.
Bought this bed back in September 19. I have never gotten a good night sleep on this mattress. It is now dipping and I wake up everyday feeling exhausted and with terrible neck and back pain. I am a back sleeper who runs hot. If I turn, I am in a sunken hole and I am even worse shape. My wife is a side sleeper and is telling me her back hurts all the time when she wakes up. We are not overweight, my 170lbs, wife 125lbs. I recommend finding a different bed.
Had for a little over a month. Its imprints deeply where I sleep. I weight 225 lbs that area seems like a soft spot.
I worry that it will get worse over time.
If you like to sink in to your bed a lot this will be for you, it felt amazing when I first got it but I sunk in too far and had some low back pain and recovered as soon as I stopped sleeping on it or “in it in this case.I liked the initial feeling, it was like laying on a cloud but I am 5’10 and 205 lbs luckily I had a lighter build friend with a super old bed that looked like it was from the WWII era and I sold it to him and I took the $100 loss because trying to return this thing? I didn’t even want to inquire on how to return it because they vacuum seal the bed in a bag. Overall though it still gets two stars (for me) because it fully inflated and the construction quality and materials were good, definitely not a cheap feeling mattress.

I was really excited to get this came really late like my packages always seem to do even though I pay for prime..... and it says open after 72 hrs but took way longer idk if thats the reason why but Im dissapointed.. man the reviews really made me think I had picked the right one but I didnt Im buying a matress pad for the top because its not good.
The description clearly states 12 inch. It only expands to 10 inch. Returning it would be a hassle. If you absolutely need a 12 inch mattress do not order this one. Because of price it is always backordered. Took me 10 days to get it even though it was prime shipping.
I got this bed because people complained it was too firm. It’s not firm at all. I was hoping for something a little firmer. It also only expanded to 11 inches not 12. You can also feel the different layers of foam on the sides of the bed as if they are juts laid on top of each other. Over all it’s a decent bed for the price. But will probably need a new mattress in 2 years or less

Feels comfy in the beginning, but it doesnt last

Not good for your back

Bed doesnt last

Great price, seemed ok but not holding up as expected
