we wanted all glass cabinet and this is what we were looking for. craftsmanship is ok, but the actual design could be better. the corner pieces to hold all the glass together is a poor design. the corner posts slip on and off the bolts and dont actually screw on. definitely a 2-3 person job to put together. not a cabinet to be moved around---very heavy and not sturdy enough construction for movement. put together very close to where you want it to be. I would not recommend for a house with small children.
I got this cabinet for Xmas for my fiance to put our LEGO collectibles in so they are away from our furry animals. When the package came it was a long thin super heavy box that happened to be open on both ends- along with the picture of the cabinet on the side. I had to show him what he was getting because I needed help carrying it in. Fair warning- it is around 80 pounds and kinda flimsy, so help with moving it is necessary!
Other than that, it seemed like it was easy to put together and pretty sturdy!
While I cant attest to the ease or difficulty of putting this cabinet together (someone else did it for me), I can review based on looks! This cabinet looks a lot better than the price would lead you to believe! I have it in my office lobby and it works great there. I didnt realize when I bought it that the shelves are closer together than I originally thought, so the few plaques/framed papers I had wouldnt fit. I ended up removing two shelves to allow them to fit--luckily I didnt have enough to fill the cabinet so nothing was left out, even with two shelves gone. I will definitely be buying another one of these if I run out of space in my current one!
This came packaged very well. Only took my 14 year old son and myself about 30 minutes to build. Very heavy to move, but with 2 people, its not a problem. I am a widowed 39 year old woman and Ive bought and built a lot of furniture from Wayfair. This was one of the easiest things Ive built. Just needed someone to hold up the glass and move it once it was finished.
Mine came with a stripped screw in one of the inserts, but a little gorilla glue and it was fine. I would also recommend putting in the shelf screws before putting in the side glass panels. It was a little tricky to maneuver a screwdriver that close to the glass. I bought this for my Christmas village and it works perfectly. Added a few tap lights and it is exactly what I wanted. Honestly, it isnt that hard to build.
Im using this product as a display case for my Iron Man collectible figures. Note that the interior dimensions are smaller than the full product dimensions. A 1/6 scale figure will not fit without removing a pane of glass, but you do have that option...
Ive modified the shelf height and removed a pane of glass (see picture above). It does not keep out dust, but does help reduce it. There is enough room to add 1/4 inch foam weather strip. There are gaps between the glass panels and the frame (in the back, sides, and front). So, you can run tape lights, wires, etc through the case. Assembly is easy and comes with instructions. It can be disassembled and reassembled easily, though stripping may be an issue at some point.

Very nice cabinet!
Very nice. Took no time to put together and seems very sturdy. Looks great! It was for my son to use to display his Lego creations.
Looks great!
