I bought three of these for displaying collectibles. They arrived in good order even though it took a couple of weeks to receive. I found the instructions poor, no written instructions, just illustrations which in my opinion are rather poor. After some trial and error, I figured it out, as well as the best way to assemble the other two, especially the fitting together the three side panels of glass. The four supports that hold the shelves dont take much torque before they back out the threaded piece in the support. I recommend hand tightening these pieces. Its also easier to put the shelf supports on the four supports before fitting the glass. The doors require a bit of fiddling to get even and needs two people. One of the units came with two right hand hinges. It works, but screws to tighten/adjust are outside on one door. I contacted the company, but their customer support is poor. They opened a ticket, but I have not responded to multiple requests on the status. Would hate to guess what would happen pop on if glass was broken or parts missing. Based on my experience I would send the entire unit back. The units look good finished and I put LED disc lights in mine, very nice.
When I received the package and opened it I found the top and bottom of the cabinet scratched up ( still in the box ) the plastic pieces that go on the back of the glass that seals up the back were broken if I send it back you have to go through the hassle of shipping it back and waiting for another one. If they were to send out replacement pieces instead of having to send the cabinet back that would have been great but they dont . I Dont recommend buying this because of the chance getting a second rate product.
this is a very nice curio cabinet! the assembly is easy enough, just make sure you have a microfiber cloth handy to shine up the glass. im giving it 3 stars because it did arrive about a month late, and I had to contact the seller directly after having been told by it was supposedly lost. but besides that, a pretty nifty little cabinet! cant wait to fill it up with more figures over time.
Please label each peace of long glass.. The front and back pieces are different sizes for those who dont think to measure them lol..
Great shelf otherwise!
Well first of all I bought this product, when it came it didnt come with any of the hardware to put it together with. I tried contacting the companys customer service and was put on hold for over 10 minutes until the phone hung up. Thankfully I contacted s customer service and they sent a new one out right away. Upon getting the new unit, the wooden supports had metal threads in them that werent glued in, therefore they easily fell out of the wood. I had to switch two of the support beams out with the other package ( the one without the hardware) to get the shelf built. After building the shelf the front panels were too short, leaving a gap in the doorway to where dust could get in. We measured the side panels to make sure that we didnt put the wrong panels on the front and found that the side panels wouldve been too big for the front of the cabinet. The wood was also extremely low quality, which for the price tag was very upsetting. Overall I find it extremely frustrating and sad that I had to deal with all of this to just end up with a half a**ed cabinet. Overall I would not recommend buying this product.
Be patient and have a second set of hands available if at all possible. Its not impossible to assemble alone but would have been much easier with another person. Definitely install the shelf holders before the side glass and angle them in so the suction cups make good contact with the shelves. You will understand what I mean when you install the shelves. Its not an expensive looking piece but its not bad and will work well for what I need.
The price was right. It was easy to assemble and it is very pleasing to the eye while providing a simple, frameless display case for your special pieces. I really love it.
I purchased this cabinet has a place to display my sons urn and gifts from family/friends on his passing. The cabinet is sturdy and does what it is supposed to do. The assembly was a time consuming and difficult with the plastic rail supports for the glass pieces.

Two people would make assembly easier and install shelf holders before the side glass panels.
