I got these for a cruise to Hawaii. We flew from Phoenix to San Francisco. The luggage held up nicely. Only a few scratches that looked like they were caused by rubber, and easily were rubbed off with my finger nail. There was one gouge on the larger case. Who knows what caused that, but it took a big hunk out of the case. I’m convinced had I a cloth case, my baggage would have been ripped open and my stuff possibly exposed and possibly spilled out. My mother’s large cloth suitcase actually had a big rip in hers. I’m guessing both our bags got hung up on the same snag while being loaded. I’m convinced this set of luggage saved my clothes and other belongings. The locks were easy to set. If you have issues, look up, “how to set a lock” on YouTube if you are more of a visual learner. Though the provided instructions are easy enough to follow. The clear plastic on the case wasn’t as hard as people say it is. I just carefully used an exacto knife to cut around the various protruding features of the case, then pealed away the plastic so there wouldn’t be any bits left like others had complained about. I love the color of the cases too.

The 20in carry on is lightweight. Casing is a good thickness, seams appear to rugged, zippers function smoothly and I had no problem with the locking mechanisms. This piece is perfect for a overnight to up to 4 days of traveling.
I bought several of these (28 in) suitcases for a 2-week trip with my family. Im happy to report that they held up well with only minor scratches (which are inevitable considering the beating that they get at the airport). They really hold a lot and were extremely easy to roll.
I love the color-purple which makes it easy to spot at airport baggage claim. It is lightweight but seems very sturdy with reinforcement bars on interior. This is my first set with the rolling wheels that are 360 degrees. Much easier to manuver around the airport and down the aisle.
The locks work great, the luggage is high quality for the price. Everybody asks me where I purchased it from and are amazed at the low price for such a quality luggage set. I 100% reccomend this set and I would buy all over again....I love this luggage!!I still have the plastic on the large and smallest ones.
All our own stuff was in the middle inside the smallest bag. It was very convenient. They would work just as well the other way if you took them on a shopping trip nested together, then expanded them for all your stuff to come home. We love this luggage!
Bought 2 of the 24 inch luggages for my husband and I for our Vegas trip next week. When i unpacked it, it looked smaller than i was hoping it would be, but i think itll work out great for our 6 day trip. I like the locking combination.
