Update: I was originally worried about the durability of this chair, but its holding up well! It visibly bends when someone sits in it but the bend doesnt stay and it seems to be just fine. I would buy another one but they are out of this color.
Original post: I love the way this chair looks, and it was easy to assemble, but I can tell that it wont last long. A friend sat in it, and I could see the seat start to buckle. There are only 4 screws supporting the weight of the person. Its a beautiful chair, but I may return it because its not going to be functional for long. Im disappointed because it looks so nice in the room and is okay for comfort, but I can already see a bend in the seat after 1 day.
Nice and easy to assemble - the color Cognac gives it vintage feels. Im however a little worried because the main board( the one you sit on) is only held by a few screws. The bottom part as no metal reinforcement - its just held together by 2 screws on each side so Id be careful not to have someone jump on it.
I was hesitant to buy this chair because I was looking for high end look on a budget, but it really is a good dupe. The faux leather really does look faux but its not super cheap looking. The only negative I have is that the back pillow could use a little more fluff. When you sit back it deflates more than I would like.
I bought two of these chairs for my office. If you watch the video youll see the chair that gets used shows a lot of use vs the one that hasnt been used much. The biggest knock is the backrest. Its comfortable but most of it is air and makes a loud noise and sinks in.
Not manufacturer fault but power cord was missing as box had been tore open and of course policy is to return. Really? A r? Contacted manufacturer who gladly replaced
This is a good and comfortable r. Only downside I can see is that it is very lightweight and if you try to lean forward, without realizing that you are on the position, it could topple .
The assembly instructions show how to put the parts of the chair together. Not a word about the electrical hook-ups. Just a tangle of wires and NO instructions.
