On an exceptionally windy day, a part at the joint got bent. it was well after the retune period so I was sketical but decided to contact the manufactuer anyway, hoping to get the replacement part at a reasonable price. After sending them a picture of the part, low an behold here arrives a whole new umbrella! My wife, who is not from here, said it best. only in America!
Parasols are great! Very easy to operate. When you push the button, you can do it by yourself! Its big enough to fit in the yard! When the child is playing, can lie comfortably under the umbrella, it blocks the sun is perfect, the quality is very good! There is a disadvantage, you need to buy another chassis to fix it.
We are using this umbrella to bring more attention to our business. Its out by the street keeping the sun off of our produce. Its large enough that it covers everything all day, but easy enough to collapse down when the weather gets bad. Im just using some (a lot) of cinder blocks to hold it down, but it is worse because it is not on perfectly level ground. I see everyone recommending the weights that are meant for it, and I would agree if it is going to be somewhere that is visible. I also noticed that it has holes in the frame so you are able to mount it into the ground, which would be a cleaner option. The umbrella makes the little stand like very nice and professional, and with the added benefit that the support is off to the side, and out of the way. It was very easy to put together, with everything, including the tool, in the box. It is a bit heavy, but it is big, and the weight seems right for the size of this umbrella. I didnt even notice but the umbrella has the design to let heat escape the top. Its also a good color, while being a neutral color.
I bought this umbrella for my deck. It was extremely easy to assemble. It took less than 15 minutes and had very few parts that needed to be put together. The umbrella didnt come with a heavy base, but once you add some weight, it becomes very sturdy. It has great coverage and it was much bigger than I thought, which was great.
Sprayed two coats scotchguard water proofing, seems better. Handle is high off deck. Will whip around in windy conditions, had to put new pin in as old one kept coming out.
