Im thoroughly pleased. The product was exactly as described. The packaging was unbelievably good. No damage at all. I will happily buy again from this vendor. That said, there were a couple of issues that buyers need to know:
1. Do NOT use the tools supplied with the product. The free tools are completely impractical for this assembly. Use your own ratchet and sockets for allen bolts and a ratchet screw driver.
2. When assembling the fire pit table, everything is OK till you try to put in the door. There was around 10 mm (3/8 inch) gap on both sides. No worries. Loosen 2 bolts on the table and hold the frames and pull together just a bit. At the same time, tighten the 2 bolts. Youre sort of bending the frames just a little. Its ok. The door then can slide on the frames.
3. The glass shield on top slips easily because it is not anchored (see picture). If you have this near a pool, that is not a great idea. I would suggest putting it upside down (pictures shown) and sticking adhesive backed small rubber thingies you can get online for glass table tops. It is not a perfect solution, but will have to do. Ive given feedback to the seller to provide proper anchors in their next design.
4. Check EVERY bolt to ensure the allen key fits well in the bolt. In some bolts, the allen key slot is badly manufactured and the allen key slips in it. So, check, remove defective bolts and then start assembly.
All in all, a superb product. Very pleased.
Cushions aren’t comfortable at all and don’t match. The weaving of the fake rattan looks like it was done in a hurry paying no attention to detail and apparently quality control was off that day. I wouldn’t buy again from this seller.
We researched what we were going to buy for awhile. We preferred buying something in real life that we could sit on, but we could not find anything so we took a chance and ordered. So glad that we did.
The furniture is a sturdy and good quality in all aspects. We were a little surprised by the color or the cushions. We ordered navy and it appears to be more dark gray depending on the light, but we still like it.
It took about 3-4 hours to put together. We used an electric screwdriver as the Allen wrench that came with it took forever.
We aired out the cushions for awhile before putting on the covers due to chemical smell.
We just received it so we cannot speak to how to it wears, but for the cost we are thrilled. I will say the chair back is a little low, so make sure you pay attention to the measurements with and without the pillows.

On a budget good for the price set and for short term special occasion use lots of lightweight seating, but weave is poorly done, exposed metal, very thin scratchy cushions.
Love the design, colors, material, very comfortable. The assembly was not difficult, just time consuming. A couple of pillow covers were missing and they were promptly provided.
We ordered other sectionals and returned them because either the legs were bent, holes didn’t match up, pieces were missing and were very difficult to put together. Then we found this gem. This product came in perfectly packaged and was extremely easy to assemble. It is the perfect touch to our patio and provides the comfort and style that we were in search of. It comes highly recommended!
Comfortable. Good quality and value. Cover that came with it is too small. There is no way to push all of the pieces together and have the cover fit / cover it completely. Overall Im glad we bought it.
We love our new patio set, and compared to all others in this price range, I highly recommend it. The seat cushions are firm, yet comfortable. The rear cushions are paper thin and quiet uncomfortable. I’ll likely try and re stuff them. Otherwise, great set.
