The only reason that I decided to order this umbrella was because the seller lists pole diameter is 1.5. This is the only 12 ft umbrella with a pole of 1.5 that I can find. But guess what?! The pole actually is still 1.9 when it arrived. We ended up keep it as it is too troublesome to return. We had to figure out another way to use it as it does not fit my patio table hole. Had to buy a bigger base as well. Anyways, not happy.
