This was probably my biggest disappointment with . For me the couch is not comfortable. Its way too soft. The cushions in the back are not very tall and dont provide a lot of support. The pillows are not filled with a lot of down, so they look terrible (this is after 3 days of sitting on the couch). A big disappointment all around. The worst was the delivery service. The team appeared to have had zero training (they were very friendly though). They scratched my hardwood floors. Dealing with support has been a nightmare. I cant recommend buying furniture from .
