The process to getting this day bed delivered was a nightmare. It took 4 times to send it to me. It just wouldnt ship! I finally got the item after waiting 3 weeks and 4 attempts. I like it. The directions are silly. Youre better off looking at the main picture of bed that shows you where all the pieces are rather than the step by step directions. Ive never seen something set up like this. It took me 2.5 hours to put it together by myself Good,
