It arrived in good condition so easy to put it together We bought this bed for our toddler. Absolutely love it. It is exactly as pictured. However, like most of the reviews, it had missing parts. Dealing with costumer service has been frustrating. We had to send pictures of the instructions to just get the hardware sent to us. Shouldnt they know what hardware we need? Incredibly frustrating not entirely worth the headache. Weve had an unassembled bed in our kiddos room for a few days now. We ordered the grey bed it is a very dark grey. Ill update the review once the bed is able to be assembled.
