It is what it is for a cheap couch. Firm like all the reviews say so know that going in to buying it. It does soften a bit after sitting on it or maybe I just got used to it. The pull out bed part doesnt have a stop so itll pull out all the way and unattach when setting it up.
This couch was a pain for me to set up. The spokes that put the backboard in were not correctly aligned so it took lots of effort, time, and hammering to get them to fit correctly. The armrests also do not touch the floor for some reason and move a bit when I push down on one end.
Its fine and as expected for the price. Not a great steal or anything though.
