A beautiful sofa and well constructed. However, after assembling it and placing it in my living room I quickly realized it was a bit too small for my space not going to meet my needs. After contacting the Cymax customer service department they were extremely quick to remedy the situation. They were polite, prompt, friendly and really made the return process very easy. While this particular item did not serve my needs, I am completely satisfied with the quality and customer service from cymax.
