I got the table because I live in a very tiny home. Its a two bedroom townhome. I do not have much space, and I have to be very conservative about what little space I have left. I got this one so me and my family of four could eat dinner together. It was pretty simple and easy to put together, instructions were very clear. It only took me about 20 minutes to put it together. Its a very sturdy table, and folding it up and then folding it back down was super easy. It has knobs on the bottom of the table that connects to the legs that fold out so it stays stable. The Allen wrench it came with was a good Allen wrench and did not strip the screws. The table itself has a solid wood top that would be hard to break. Its very very wide and long once its all folded out. It came very well packed, but you should also know that if youre going to put this together expect a lot of Styrofoam on your floor. Id recommend for small families with minimum space this is a good option.
