I like the quality of the wood, and for the price the drawers are OK, but it wasnt as easy to put together as other furniture Ive had. Some of the screw bolts didnt align with the holes in the legs or the holes in the corner pieces. My husband and I had to switch the legs around a few times until we could fit the bolts into the holes. Some fit better into one end of the table than the other. If you have already tightened all the bolts and forgot to put the shelf in, just put the shelf supports into the legs on one end. Slip the shelf in from the bottom, rest it on the supports, then hold the shelf level and slip the supports into the other two legs from below.
That worked for us.
