This is exactly what I was looking for for my 5 year old. Appears very sturdy/ took a couple hours for my husband and father in law to put together. One small issue with one of the pre drilled holes on the ladder but we were able to scrape it to make the dowel fit. Its very heavy but two delivery men delivered it so no damage to the box/pieces inside No complaints, really happy
