Not only do I love the look and functionality of my new cabinet but the company has an excellent customer service team and customer friendly policies. Two panels were damaged in shipping. When I called a person answered quickly and she helped me. No automated system and no putting me on hold. The whole process to request replacement pieces took about 5 minutes. She even told me to call her back if I had assembly questions once the replacements arrived. I will happily shop their other products in the future. Ok.
