I assembled this myself (female 32 yo) and it was super simple and only took me about 30 minutes with two active toddlers distracting me throughout. I love that it looks more modern than the normal rocking chairs but still is comfortable. I purchased this to be a temporary nursing chair and then a permanent reading chair once baby moves to her own room. Its beautiful! It is more of a true beige/cream. While the pictures may seem more ivory. But I still really like the color / and with kids in the house I imagine it will hide more over time. I love it! Would recommend and buy again
