Within a month of owning, i leaned back to recline and felt a pop. A bracket on one of the chairs bent. As outlined by I reached out to Christopher Knight product support. They would not help me buy a new part or help in any other way..Now, the back of the chair does not come up all of the way. This is the third time buying this brand. After this experience, I wont be buying this brand again.
