I really like this chair but it came out of the box with two pieces already falling off and stitching unraveling. That’s also a nail sticking out !! Right where I would rest my arm.
If it wasn’t such a huge chair, I would absolutely return for another. But I have no way to return it.
I paid way too much money for the chair not to be perfect.
