When I got the first box and started taking the pieces out three of the boards were broken. I could not get replacement parts instead i needed to order another frame and return the old one. One would think that is not that big of a deal but the box is around 100 lbs, impossible to repack and being that I live alone kinda hard to get it back to a shipping location. Other than that it is pretty nice, would have liked a harder wood but guess for 525 it is what it is.compare to the price
