Awful!!! I cannot say how bad this bed is - do not buy. We got it about a week and half after ordering. When I purchased this there were no negative reviews. When I received the frame the box was beat up and in bad condition. Upon opening it up we realized that there were no hardware parts included. I quickly checked the reviews (on how to return or contact the manufacturer) and saw 2 other bad reviews with the same issue. I did not want to go through the same hassle that the others went through, so I decided to make a quick trip to Home Depot. That quick trip turned into a return trip for additional parts. Than, upon putting the bed together I realized we were missing the middle pegs that held up the frame!!! So frustrating. We havent decided if it is worth taking everything apart and returning it or just trying to find a peg that will fit into the frame! Avoid buying this bed and avoid the bed manufacturer. Poorly done!
